How long will it take to deliver my custom app?

The delivery time varies based on the scope of the project. Smaller projects (Basic Builds) can be completed in as little as 2-4 weeks, while more complex apps (Standard and Premium Builds) can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks. We will provide a clear timeline after the initial workflow analysis.

Is there a warranty on the app?

Yes, the warranty covers the duration of the development period. This means that any issues or adjustments needed during the build process are covered. After delivery, we offer support packages to ensure the app runs smoothly.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Absolutely. If you’re not happy with the app, we offer a money-back guarantee. We work based on progress draws throughout the development process, starting with an upfront deposit. Depending on the project’s duration, we sit down with you to review the app’s progress at multiple stages. If at any point you're dissatisfied, you can stop the project, and we’ll refund you according to the terms outlined in our agreement.

What is the process for building the app?

Our process begins with a 1-hour or 2-hour workflow analysis (depending on your plan) with our trained Construction Specialist. We identify key pain points and assess your current workflow. From there, we design a custom solution, and once you approve, we start building. Throughout the process, we check in at key development stages to ensure everything is aligned with your vision.

What can I expect during the development process?

You can expect clear communication, regular progress updates, and full transparency. After the initial workflow analysis, we’ll give you a detailed breakdown of the timeline, the features being built, and when you can expect to review progress. We want you to feel confident that your app is being built exactly as you envisioned.

What are Updates?

Updates are used to change data and sync changes from external data sources. They are also utilized by integrations and APIs to maintain functionality. Additional updates are billed monthly.

What’s the difference between user types?

Personal Users: These are users signing into the app with consumer email domains (e.g., Gmail, .edu). Personal users on the Starter Plan are ideal for small businesses looking to get off the ground with a cost-effective solution.

Company Users: These are unique individuals accessing your team's apps monthly, typically associated with company domains, and designed for scaling businesses.

Each type caters to your business size and growth stage, offering flexibility to find the right fit as your team expands.

What are Rows of Data?

Think of a very large Excel sheet with thousands of rows. Each row represents a piece of information stored in your app. Based on your feature list and usage, we’ll help you find the right plan to ensure your app runs efficiently while meeting your needs.
